Return policy

We want all our customers to be happy with their purchases, so we gladly offer returns within 30 days on most purchases. There are some exceptions, though. All sales of virtual or digital items are final, no take-backsies.

Before starting a return, please visit the relevant support page, or contact us first and see if we can help you resolve your issue.

Send it back to us

If that fails, within the first 30 days after purchase you can return most things in the store in new condition. Contact us and we’ll send you a return label you can use to ship the item back from whence it came for a refund or a replacement.

Get spare parts

If you need 3D printed plastic parts for one of our products, do not hesitate to drop us a line and we can get you what you need. Prices for spares vary based on the weight of the part and the time it takes to print a new one.

Shipping

We are not responsible for items damaged in shipping. For Canary and our other products, generally the safest and best way to ship them back to us is in the box they came in. We don’t skimp on our boxes.
